Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business day from the time they are placed until they are shipped.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the next Monday.
- We do our best to ship all orders on time.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

STARz PADEL Offers Standard rate for all order ship in the United States and Internationally.Please Be aware there will be addition Charges for the Express Shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date.
Shipping Delays

This applies to all major carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others. STARz PADEL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to locate your order.
- If your package arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you with a replacement or claim process.
