We offer a 30-day return policy on all Padel Tennis products, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Defective Products & Warranty Claims

If you believe your product is defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us first at [Insert Support Email] before sending the item back.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label (for US addresses) and shipping instructions.
  3. We will attempt to file a claim with the manufacturer to replace the product if it is still under warranty. The final decision is made by the manufacturer.

Required Information for Warranty Cases (Padel Rackets)

  • Order number and purchase date
  • Clear images of both sides (front & back) of the defective racket (additional images may be requested)
  • Date the defect was first noticed
  • Detailed explanation of how the issue occurred

Returns Due to Change of Mind (Customer Remorse)

If you decide to return an item simply because you no longer want it:

  • Contact us to initiate a return request.
  • If approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must meet the eligibility requirements (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).

Returns sent back without approval will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please:

  1. Return the unwanted item following our return process.
  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
